Manage my subscription

Pochi is free to use. To enjoy the full experience (multiple children, unlimited tasks and rewards), an optional Pochi Premium subscription is offered as an in-app purchase.

On iPhone / iPad: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, then select Pochi to change your plan or cancel. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, choose Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select Pochi to manage or cancel.

Refunds: they are handled directly by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google, depending on the platform used for purchase.

Delete my account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app:

  1. Open Pochi and sign in with your parent account.
  2. Go to Settings > My account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm the operation.

Deletion permanently erases: your parent account, child profiles, tasks, rewards and all associated history. This action is irreversible.

If you can no longer access the app, email us at myatomit@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will process the deletion within 7 days.

Report a problem

Something doesn't work as expected? Before writing to us, these steps fix most issues:

  • Check that you're running the latest version of Pochi.
  • Fully close the app and reopen it (double-tap the home button or swipe up).
  • Restart your phone.
  • Check your network connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

If the problem persists, send us an email at myatomit@gmail.com with a screenshot, your phone model and the app version. The more details you give us, the faster we can fix it.

Security & privacy

Pochi is designed to respect family privacy. Children do not need to create an account or provide an email address. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.
