This page explains how Pochi handles your data, subscriptions, and account usage.
Privacy & personal data
Pochi is designed with privacy in mind. We only collect and store the minimum data required to provide the service.
The data we collect includes:
- Parent account email address
- Parent name (optional)
- Child profiles (name or nickname)
Child profiles may use nicknames and do not require real personal information. No personal data is collected directly from children. All child profiles are created and managed by a parent account.
This data is used solely to:
- Provide and operate the application
- Sync data across devices
- Manage family features (tasks, rewards, progress)
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. Your data remains strictly internal to the Pochi service.
We do not use tracking technologies, advertising tracking, or third-party ads.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature or contacting support.
Family & minors
Pochi is intended for family use and is designed to be used under parental supervision.
Children do not create accounts and do not provide personal data directly. Access to the application for children is done through a code generated by the parent.
The parent account is fully responsible for:
- Creating and managing child profiles
- The content entered in the application
- Supervising the use of the app by minors
Subscriptions & in-app purchases (premium)
Pochi offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions available on a monthly or yearly basis.
Payments are handled by Apple via your Apple ID. Pricing, duration, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
Account deletion
Users can delete their account at any time directly within the application.
Account deletion results in the permanent removal of:
- Parent account information
- Child profiles
- Tasks, rewards, and all associated data
This action is irreversible.
Terms of use
By using Pochi, you agree to use the application in a lawful and respectful manner.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for fraudulent purposes.
The publisher reserves the right to modify or suspend the service for technical, legal, or security reasons.
